PullLedger Privacy Policy

PullLedger is a group-pull recordkeeping app from Keep Spinning & Winning. This policy describes the app design currently being prepared for release. We will update it if the shipped app or its data practices change.
Information you enter
An organizer may enter group-pull names and dates, participant names and optional contact information, contribution and payout amounts, play records, notes, receipts, and audit history. This information can be sensitive. Enter only what you need and obtain permission before recording someone else’s contact information.
Where records are kept
The current app stores its working records locally on your device. It does not provide a PullLedger account or automatic group-pull cloud synchronization. Your device’s own backup settings may separately affect whether app data is included in a device backup. You control access to the device and any backup files you make.
Sharing and exports
The app can prepare receipts, reports, statements, and encrypted backups. Sharing is initiated by you through iOS sharing, messaging, or file-saving features. The recipient or service you select handles what you share under its own practices. Review each document and destination before sending. PullLedger does not automatically email participants or verify delivery.
Purchases
If PullLedger Pro is offered, in-app purchases are handled by Apple’s App Store. PullLedger uses StoreKit to check purchase entitlement; we do not receive your full payment-card details through the app. Apple’s privacy terms apply to App Store transactions.
Contacting us
If you email us about PullLedger, we receive the information you choose to include in that message and use it to respond or provide support. Please do not email group-pull ledgers, financial details, or participant contact information unless needed for a support request.
Your choices
- You can edit or remove records within the app where its controls allow.
- You decide whether to export or share a report or backup.
- Deleting the app may remove locally stored records. Keep a separate backup before deleting it if you need those records.

Security and changes
We design PullLedger to help organizers protect their records, including an encrypted-backup option. No device or method of storage is risk-free. We may revise this policy as the app develops; the effective date above will show the latest version.
